Packages include the following services and will be available in different room categories:​

• Three nights of accommodation (incl. Breakfast) in the chosen room category at Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu (Thursday to Sunday)

• Exclusive give-away pack on site

• Welcome Lunch and Dinner on Thursday

• Lunch and Dinner on Friday

• Lunch and Gala Dinner on Saturday

• Concours Entry Fee

Package price in a Double Room: € 4.500,00 net

Upgrade to Superior Room € 5.500,00 net

Upgrade to Junior Suite and Suites  available upon request

The rate is subject to statutory Italian VAT (currently 22%)

The rates are valid for two persons sharing one room.

Additional rooms supplement on request.

Payment of the participation fee is required upon confirmation of registration

within ten days of receipt of the invoice.

Cars transport and transfers from and to the airport not included (available on request)

​

The refund of the participation fee is provided only if the event will be cancelled by the organizers.
